"We've had our Tru Blu Dog Wash installed and running for almost 3years now and from day one people were amazed at how simple the unit was to operate:
* Soothing, warm water instantly available and multiple water nozzle selections on the one nozzle head piece make cleaning even the thickest coats easy,
* The working height of the tray is easy on the back and easy for Dogs to enter and leave,
* The two chain points are great for left and right-handed clients - or washing two dogs at once,
* The Rotary Product Selection knob is identical to most Self Service Carwash systems so it's already familiar to Customers,
* Low Advertising outlay - Nearly all of our New Customers to the Dog Wash had heard about it from other satisfied Customers,
* Small unit footprint makes it easy to install in areas of a Carwash site (for example) that are unproductive.

As for reliability we've had no component failures but have worn out several spray nozzles, due to high use I'm happy to say!

Routine maintenance consists of disinfecting the tub, removing pet hair from the drain protective mesh screen, topping up chemical levels and counting the takings.

Hello there! I would just like to say that we used your dog wash for our german sheppard today and WOW what a fantastic machine.. I washed him better then getting someone in to do it.. Therefor a weekly visit to your dog wash will be happening.. Thankyou so much I want one at home ha ha.. Oscar looks fantastic after his bath! and he loved it.

In February 2007 we installed two Tru Blu Dog Washes and in January 2008 we added another which all have been extremely successful with no problems.

Hi Guys, 

It was lovely meeting you at the Sydney Pet Expo. 

I just wanted to write and say how much I love the Tru Blu Dog Wash.  Previously from Geelong, I used to use the dog wash in Grovedale.  It was a Sunday ritual that Billy, my boxer, and I would go to wash before obedience training.  I found that it was so convenient and easier to use, Billy didn't mind it either.  |

With the warm water and quick draining, Billy would just stand there while I washed him down.  Due to Billy having a short coat, we never really used the dryer much, but he did like it in the colder months.  I also love the products that are used in the dog wash as well, they always left Billy clean and smelling fresh, with a very soft coat.  Everyone who met Billy used to comment on how soft he was, and I would always tell them about the Tru Blu Dog Wash.  

I have since moved to Canberra and unfortunately there isn't one here as of yet.  I can't wait for someone here to install one, I know I'll be there once a week!

We are going back to Geelong for the Christmas holidays with my new puppy, Tyson, and Billy I can't wait to use it again.
